Class A Interest Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.48000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).
Class B Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class E Interest Rate means 5.02% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class C Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.
Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).
Class A-2a Interest Rate means 0.45% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class D Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.
Class A Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and each class of Class A Notes, an amount equal to the sum of: (i) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on the Class A Notes at the related Note Rate from and including the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding the current Distribution Date plus (ii) the related Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall for the current Distribution Date.
Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for each class of the Class A Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.
Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.
Mortgage Interest Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the limit on each Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.
Interest Rate Cap means any interest rate cap transaction entered into pursuant to the Agreement between Party A and Party B as evidenced by a Confirmation;
Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑4 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑4 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑4 Initial Principal Balance.
Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph first of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.
Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.
Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class B Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].
