Class A Interest Rate Cap definition

Class A Interest Rate Cap means the master agreement dated as of ------------------------- April ___, 1998 between the Trustee and the Interest Rate Cap Provider, as supplemented by the schedule attached thereto and the confirmation dated April ___, 1998 between the Trustee and the Interest Rate Cap Provider, relating to the Class A Certificates and for the exclusive benefit of the Class A Certificateholders, or (unless context requires otherwise) any Replacement Interest Rate Cap or Qualified Substitute Arrangement with respect thereto, as the same may in each case be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms upon ratings confirmation by the Rating Agency.

  • Payments pursuant to the Class A Interest Rate Cap will be deposited in the Distribution Account for payment to the Class A Certificateholders on the following Distribution Date.

  • The Transferor does hereby transfer, assign, set-over, and otherwise convey to the Trustee for the benefit of the Class A Certificateholders and the Class B Certificateholders, without recourse, all of its rights under the Class A Interest Rate Cap and the Class B Interest Rate Cap, respectively, and all proceeds thereof.
