Class A Membership definition

Class A Membership means the one (1) Class A Membership in CBOT.
Class A Membership means a Membership Interest in the Company entitled to receive the distributions described in Section 5.03 of this Agreement and those certain voting rights (if any) described in Section 3.04 of this Agreement.
Class A Membership means an equity Membership Interest in the Company which entitles the holder to distribution rights and voting rights in the Company.

Examples of Class A Membership in a sentence

  • Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, no other Person shall be admitted as a Member of the Company, and no additional interest in the Company shall be issued, without such approval of a Majority of the Membership Interests and the Class A Membership Interest.

  • Each Class A Membership Interest shall be entitled to one vote at any meeting at which such interest is entitled to a vote.
