Class A Monthly Note Interest definition

Class A Monthly Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Class A Note Interest Rate for the related Note Interest Period, (b) a fraction, the numerator ofwhich is the actual number of days in such Note Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360 and (c) the Class A Note Principal Balance on the related Record Date; provided, however, that with respect to the November 2003 Payment Date, Class A Monthly Note Interest will be an amount equal to the product of (a) the Class A Note Interest Rate, (b) a fraction the numerator of which is 59 and the denominator of which is 360 and (c) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance.
Class A Monthly Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Class A Note Interest Rate for the related Note Interest Period, (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days in such Note Interest Period and the denominator of which is 360 and (c) the Class A Note Principal Balance on the related Record Date; provided, however, that with respect to the May 2002 Payment Date, Class A Monthly Note Interest will be an amount equal to the product of (a) the Class A Note Interest Rate, (b) a fraction the numerator of which is 43 and the denominator of which is 360 and (c) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance.

Related to Class A Monthly Note Interest

  • Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Class B Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.

  • Class C Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Class A Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate applicable for each related class of notes from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Note Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Note Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class of Notes. For all purposes of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents, interest with respect to the Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months; and interest with respect to the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each applicable Interest Accrual Period, divided by 360.

  • Accrued Class A Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.48000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class B Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class B noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the class B note interest rate from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.02% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, interest accrued for the related Interest Accrual Period on the Class B Notes at the interest rate for such Class on the Outstanding Amount of the Notes of such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, on the Closing Date), after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date. For all purposes of this Agreement and the Basic Documents, interest with respect to all Class B Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. The interest due on these Classes of notes on each Payment Date will be the product of: · the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class B Notes; · the Class B Interest Rate; and · 30 (or, in the case of the initial Payment Date, 26) divided by 360.

  • Note Interest for any Class of Notes and Payment Date means interest for the related Interest Period at the applicable Note Rate on the related Note Principal Balance as of the first day of the Interest Period (after giving effect to the distributions made on the first day of the Interest Period).

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

  • Class A Note Rate means 2.97% per annum.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A Note Initial Principal Balance means $750,000,000.

  • Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Certificate Interest Rate With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the applicable per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $321,750.00, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
