Class A Principal Shortfall definition

Class A Principal Shortfall means, as to any Remittance Date, the amount, if any, by which the amount distributed to Holders of Class A Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(6)(iii) is less than the Class A Percentage of the Formula Principal Distribution Amount for such Remittance Date.

Class A Principal Shortfall. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of the Class A Formula Principal Distribution Amount over the amount in respect of principal actually distributed to the Class A Certificateholders on such Distribution Date.
Class A Principal Shortfall. As of the close of any Distribution Date and any Class of Group IA Certificates, the excess of the sum of the related Class A Monthly Principal Amount and any outstanding Class A Principal Shortfall for such Certificate Group from the preceding Distribution Date, over the amount in respect of principal that is actually distributed to such Group IA Certificates on such preceding Distribution Date.
