Class A Share definition

Class A Share means a Class A ordinary share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.
Class A Share has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.C.
Class A Share means a common share representing a limited liability company interest in Och-Ziff designated as a “Class A Share.”

  • The Company shall not issue fractional Warrants other than as part of the Units, each of which is comprised of one Class A Share and one-half of one Public Warrant.
