Class A Share Redemption Price definition

Class A Share Redemption Price means an amount equal to the aggregate amount on deposit in the Trust Account as of two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing including interest thereon (which shall be net of taxes payable) divided by the number of then issued and outstanding IIAC Class A Shares.
