Class B Additional Entitlements definition

Class B Additional Entitlements means the right to acquire additional Units that BPI receives in return for adding net additional Royalty to the Royalty Pool.

  • In return, BPI received Class B Additional Entitlements, which provide BPI the right to indirectly acquire additional units of the Fund.

Related to Class B Additional Entitlements

  • Partial Entitlement Share(s) shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.

  • M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Partial Entitlement ADR(s) “Partial Entitlement ADS(s)” and “Partial Entitlement Share(s)” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.12.

  • Certificate Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Interest Distributable Amount and the Certificate Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Class B Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) the positive difference of (x) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto minus (y) the Class A Principal Distributable Amount and (ii) the Class B Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class B Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class B Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class B Note Balance.

  • Uncertificated Distributable Interest As defined in Section 2.11(g) with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest for any Distribution Date and in Section 2.13(g) with respect to any REMIC II Regular Interest for any Distribution Date.

  • Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.

  • Class X Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".

  • Certificate Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount for each Payment Date and any outstanding Certificate Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the immediately preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that the Certificate Principal Distributable Amount shall not exceed the Certificate Balance. In addition, on the Payment Date as of which all of the Receivables are to be purchased pursuant to Section 8.01, the principal required to be deposited into the Certificate Distribution Account will include the amount necessary to reduce the Certificate Balance to zero.

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Note Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Note Interest Distributable Amount and the Note Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Certificateholders' Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to zero until the outstanding principal amount of each Class of Notes has been reduced to zero, and thereafter, an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount (as reduced by the Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount, if any for such Distribution Date) for such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.
