Additional Units definition

Additional Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3 hereof.
Additional Units means such Units as are issued in respect of Additional Securities.
Additional Units has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(a) hereof.

Examples of Additional Units in a sentence

  • Each of the Agents agrees to act as the Fund’s agent for such purpose and to use its best efforts to effect the sale of the Offered Units and the Additional Units on the Fund’s behalf, subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter provided.

  • Each of the Agents further agrees that it will require any dealer who purchases from it any of the Offered Units or the Additional Units (whether as a Sub Agent or otherwise) to comply with this requirement.

  • Such deliveries shall also constitute the Fund’s consent to the use by the Agents and any Sub Agent of such documents in connection with the Distribution of the Offered Units and the Additional Units in the Qualifying Jurisdictions in compliance with this Agreement and Canadian Securities Laws.
