If an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount has been deposited into the Series Principal Funding Account or if the Class A Invested Amount has been paid in full, an amount equal to the Class B Controlled Accumulation Amount or the Class B Controlled Amortization Amount, as applicable, shall be deposited into the Series Principal Funding Account or Series Distribution Account, as applicable.
