Accumulation Amount definition

Accumulation Amount means $83,333,333.34; provided, however, if the commencement of the Accumulation Period is delayed in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof, the Accumulation Amount shall be determined in accordance with the definition of “Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Accumulation Amount means, for any Payment Date occurring during the Accumulation Period, $12,500,000; provided, however, that if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than 8 months pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Accumulation Amount for each Payment Date with respect to the Accumulation Period will be equal to (i) the Outstanding Principal Balance of the Class B(2005-B1) Notes divided by (ii) the Accumulation Period Length.
