The amount to be distributed on each Distribution Date to the holder of this Class B Certificate will be equal to the product of (a) the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the portion of the Class B Initial Investor Interest evidenced by this Class B Certificate and the denominator of which is the Class B Initial Investor Interest and (b) the aggregate of all payments to be made to the Class B Certificateholders on such Distribution Date.
