Class B Overdue Principal means, as of any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of Class B Monthly Principal due on the Class B Notes on all prior Payment Dates over (b) the aggregate amount of principal actually paid to the Class B Noteholders on all prior Payment Dates.
Class B Overdue Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the difference, if any, between (a) the Class B Principal Payment Amount due on the prior Payment Date and (b) the amount of the Class B Principal Payment Amount (from whatever source) actually paid to Class B Noteholders on the prior Payment Date.
