Class B Rating definition

Class B Rating means a rating equal to “A(high)(sf)” by DBRS and “Asf” by Fitch or such other rating level communicated by the Rating Agencies for the Class B Notes at any time during the Securitisation.
Class B Rating means a rating equal to “A1(sf)” by Moody’s and “Asf” by Fitch or such other rating level communicated by the Rating Listing and Admission to trading of the Rated Notes Proceeds of the issue of the NotesAgencies for the Class B Notes at any time during the Securitisation.
