Class B Stated Interest Amount definition

Class B Stated Interest Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the “Stated Interest Amount” (as defined in the Master Indenture) calculated with respect to the Class B Notes. The Class B Stated Interest Amount constitutes the Stated Interest Amount for the Class B Notes.

Related to Class B Stated Interest Amount

  • Interest Amount means, in relation to a Note and an Interest Period, the amount of interest payable in respect of that Note for that Interest Period;

  • Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v), (a)(vi) and (a)(vii), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and interest-bearing Class, the sum of (i) one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class, on the related Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date, subject to reduction pursuant to Section 4.02(d), and (ii) any Class Unpaid Interest Amounts for such Class.

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph first of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • PIK Interest Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest accrued during an Interest Period calculated based on the PIK Interest Rate applicable during such Interest Period.

  • Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Certificate Balances of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (B) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (C) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (D) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (E) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (F) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (G) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), (H) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date), and (I) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 90.90% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over $11,334,248.

  • Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date, 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date if the Class A Certificate Principal Balance and the Class M Certificate Principal Balance, have been reduced to zero and a Stepdown Trigger Event exists, or as long as a Stepdown Trigger Event does not exist, the excess of (1) the sum of (A) the Class A Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (D) the Class M-3 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (E) the Class M-4 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, (F) the Class M-5 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, (G) the Class M-6 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date and (H) the Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (2) the lesser of (A) 86.60% of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date and (B) the excess of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date over the Minimum Required Overcollateralization Amount. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (I) on any Distribution Date prior to the Stepdown Date on which the Certificate Principal Balance of each Class of Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount will equal the lesser of (x) the outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates and (y) 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount remaining after any distributions on such Class A and Class M Certificates and (II) in no event will the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount with respect to any Distribution Date exceed the Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 86.20% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over the Overcollateralization Floor.

  • Class B Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date the excess of (i) the sum of (a) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class 1-A, Class 2-A, Class 3-A and Class A Certificates (after taking into account distributions of the Class 1-A, Class 2-A, Class 3-A and Class A Principal Distribution Amounts for such Distribution Date), (b) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (c) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (d) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (e) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (f) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (g) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (h) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-7 Certificates (after taking into account distribution of the Class M-7 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date and (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (x) 97.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date minus the OC Floor; provided, however, that if the Class B Certificates are the only Class of Subordinate Certificates outstanding on such Distribution Date, the Class B Certificates will be entitled to receive the entire remaining Principal Distribution Amount for all three Loan Groups until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof is reduced to zero.

  • Overfunded Interest Amount With respect to any Subsequent Transfer Date, the excess of (A) the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date over (B) the excess of (i) the amount of interest accruing at the sum of the (a) assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate of the Offered Certificates and (b) the Applicable Rate on the Prefunded Amount outstanding at the end of the related Collection Period for the total number of days remaining through the end of the Accrual Periods ending April 25, 2004, May 24, 2004 and June 24, 2004 over (ii) one month of investment earnings on the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account on such date at an annual rate of 0.75%. The assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate will be calculated assuming the Certificate Index is 1.09% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the April 2004 Distribution Date, 1.34% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the May 2004 Distribution Date and 1.59% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the June 2004 Distribution Date.

  • Class B-4 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date, 100% of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date if the Class A Certificate Principal Balance, the Class M Certificate Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Certificate Principal Balance and the Class B-3 Certificate Principal Balance have been reduced to zero and a Stepdown Trigger Event exists, or as long as a Stepdown Trigger Event does not exist, the excess of (1) the sum of (A) the Class A Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (B) the Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (C) the Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (D) the Class M-3 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (E) the Class M-4 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (F) the Class M-5 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (G) the Class M-6 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (H) the Class B-1 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (I) the Class B-2 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (J) the Class B-3 Certificate Principal Balance (after taking into account distributions of the Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (K) the Class B-4 Certificate Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (2) the lesser of (A) _____% of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the end of the immediately preceding Due Period and (B) the excess of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the end of the immediately preceding Due Period over the Minimum Required Overcollateralization Amount.   • Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Class A-2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, the excess of (x) the sum of the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 58.00% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the product of (i) 0.50% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date for each Class of LIBOR Certificates, the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Pass-Through Rate on the related Class Certificate Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date, as reduced by such Class's share of Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date allocated to such Class pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Actual Interest Amount is defined in Section 3.1(b)(vii) of this Agreement.

  • Class B-1 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, sixth and seventh of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class A-1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, the excess of (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 55.50% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the product of (i) 0.50% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Class B Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.
