Class B Stock definition

Class B Stock means Class B Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Company.
Class B Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Class B Stock means capital stock in an FHLBank, including subclasses, that has the characteristics of class B stock set forth in the Act and Regulations.

Class B Stock means (i) the Class B Common Stock, without par value, of the Company, and (ii) shares of capital stock of the Company issued by the Company in respect of or in exchange for shares of such Class B Stock in connection with any stock dividend or distribution, stock split-up, recapitalization, recombination or exchange by the Company generally of shares of such Class B Stock.
