Class C Limited Partner definition

Class C Limited Partner means any one of the Class C Limited Partners.

Class C Limited Partner means a Partner who owns Class C Interests.

• Each Class B Limited Partner and Class C Limited Partner agrees that the termination by any Fund Entity, the General Partner, or any Affiliate thereof of an employment or independent contractor relationship with such Class B Limited Partner or Class C Limited Partner for any reason at any time shall not be construed for any purpose to violate any duty or obligation of the General Partner or the Class A Limited Partners under this Agreement or any fiduciary duty of the General Partner.
