Class C Pool Factor definition

Class C Pool Factor means, with respect to any Determination Date, a number carried out to eleven decimals representing the ratio of the outstanding principal balance of the Class C Certificates as of such Determination Date (determined after taking into account any reduction in the outstanding principal balance of the Class C Certificates which shall occur on the following Distribution Date) to the initial principal balance of the Class C Certificates.
