Pool Factor definition

Pool Factor. Means, as of any Distribution Date, the quotient (rounded to the seventh decimal place) computed by dividing (i) the Pool Balance by (ii) the original aggregate face amount of the Applicable Certificates. The Pool Factor as of any Distribution Date shall be computed after giving effect to any special distribution with respect to unused Deposits, payment of principal of the Equipment Notes or other Trust Property and the distribution thereof to be made on that date.
Pool Factor means, for any Payment Date, a six-digit decimal equal to the Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period divided by the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of the Cut-Off Date. The Pool Factor will be 1.000000 as of the Closing Date; thereafter, the Pool Factor will decline to reflect reductions in the Pool Balance.
Pool Factor as of any Payment Date, means a seven‑digit decimal figure equal to the Pool Balance as of such Payment Date divided by the Original Pool Balance.

Pool Factor for a particular Class of Notes or Certificates on any Distribution Date means a seven-digit decimal figure indicating the principal amount of such Class of Notes or the Certificate Balance, as the case may be, as of the close of business on the last day of the related Collection Period as a fraction of the Original Pool Balance.
Pool Factor means, at any time, the percentage derived from a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate Principal Balance of each Class of Certificates at such time and the denominator of which is the Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance.
