Class D Common Stock definition

Class D Common Stock means the Class D Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

• Upon the receipt of the shares of Class B Common Stock or Class D Common Stock specified in clause (ii) of this Section 3.1(a), the Corporation shall cause such shares to be cancelled.
