Examples of Class D NAV in a sentence

  • In the event Class A NAV per share, Class D NAV per share, Class I NAV per share, Class N NAV per share, Class T NAV per share or Class Z NAV per share decreases below $12.00 on any day during the measurement period, any subsequent increase in such NAV per share to $12.00 (or such other adjusted number) shall not be included in the calculation of the Performance Component with respect to that class.
