Class F Interest -- Penthouse: The ownership of F Interests allows the Licensee use of a two-bedroom penthouse suite, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, den, dining room, two full baths (one with a jacuzzi) and a large private balcony overlooking Clearwater Bay, for two weeks in each season until December 31, 2040.
