If no Class A Notes, Class A-S Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, Class D Notes or Class E Notes are outstanding, with respect to the Class F Notes as of each Payment Date, the accrued and unpaid amount due to Holders of the Class F Notes on account of any shortfalls in the payment of the Class F Interest Distribution Amount with respect to any preceding Payment Date or Payment Dates, together with interest accrued thereon (to the extent lawful), at the applicable Note Interest Rate.
