Class F Rate definition

Class F Rate. With respect to any Class F Note, the per annum rate at which interest accrues on such Note for any Interest Accrual Period, which shall be equal to LIBOR for the related Interest Accrual Period plus 1.100% per annum.
Class F Rate. The Class F Certificate Rate will be equal to the Weighted Average Rate.

  • On each Payment Date, the amount due to Holders of the Class F Notes on account of interest (including Deferred Interest) equal to the product of (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class F Notes on the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period, (ii) the actual number of days in such Interest Accrual Period divided by 360 and (iii) the Class F Rate.

  • With respect to the Class A Notes, the Class A Rate, with respect to the Class A-S Notes, the Class A-S Rate, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class B Rate, with respect to the Class C Notes, the Class C Rate, with respect to the Class D Notes, the Class D Rate, with respect to the Class E Notes, the Class E Rate, with respect to the Class F Notes, the Class F Rate and with respect to the Class G Notes, the Class G Rate.

  • Class F Capitalized Interest shall be added to the principal amount of the Class F Notes, shall bear interest thereafter at the Class F Rate (to the extent lawful) and shall be payable on the first Payment Date on which funds are permitted to be used for such purpose in accordance with the Priority of Payments.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 4.99% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class F Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate.
