Class F Note definition

Class F Note means the CapitalSource Commercial Loan Trust 2006-1 Asset—Backed Note, Class F Note, issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Class F Note means the NewStar Commercial Loan Trust 2007-1 Class F Note, issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Class F Note means a Class F Note issued by Capital Trust RE CDO 2004-1 Ltd. or Capital Trust RE CDO 2005-1 Ltd.
