Class Facility Limit. With respect to the Enterprise Funding Class, $102,000,000, (ii) with respect to the Market Street Class, $51,000,000 and (iii) with respect to any other Class, the amount specified in any supplement to this Agreement as the Class Facility Limit for such Class; provided, however, that the Class Facility Limit with respect to any Class shall not at any time exceed the aggregate Commitments for the related Alternate Investors.
Class Facility Limit with respect to each Class, has the meaning assigned to that term in the Note Purchase Agreement, as such limit is adjusted from time to time as provided in the Note Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Class Facility Limit in a sentence

  • The Notes Principal Amount may be increased from time to time as provided in Section 4.07 of this Supplement; provided, however, that the aggregate Notes Principal Amount shall at no time exceed the then effective Facility Limit and the Notes Principal Amount of the Note held by any single Class shall not exceed the then effective Class Facility Limit for such Class.

Class Facility Limit. With respect to the Class of which Yorktown is a member, $150,000,000, (ii) with respect to the Class of which Atlantic is a member, $100,000,000 and (iii) with respect to any other Class, the amount specified in any supplement to this Agreement as the facility limit for such Class; provided, however, that the Class Facility Limit with respect to any Class shall not at any time exceed the aggregate Commitments for the related Alternate Investors.

Related to Class Facility Limit

  • Facility Limit means, $175,000,000, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the Aggregate Capital at such time.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.

  • Revolving Facility Exposure means, for any Lender at any time, the sum of (i) the principal amount of Revolving Loans made by such Lender and outstanding at such time, and (ii) such Lender’s share of the LC Outstandings at such time.

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000) (as such amount may be increased as provided in Section 2.5 or reduced as provided in Section 2.9 from time to time).

  • Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Facility Exposure means, at any date of determination, the sum of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Advances and the Available Amount under all outstanding Letters of Credit.

  • Extended Revolving Facility Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Aggregate Revolving Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Revolving Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount is $300,000,000.

  • Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to Section 2.21, to make Incremental Revolving Loans to the Borrower.

  • Maximum Drawing Amount means at the time in question the sum of the maximum amounts which LC Issuer might then or thereafter be called upon to advance under all Letters of Credit which are then outstanding.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.

  • Required Revolving Facility Lenders means, at any time, Revolving Facility Lenders having (a) Revolving Facility Loans (other than Swingline Loans) outstanding, (b) Revolving L/C Exposures, (c) Swingline Exposures and (d) Available Unused Commitments that, taken together, represent more than 50% of the sum of (w) all Revolving Facility Loans (other than Swingline Loans) outstanding, (x) all Revolving L/C Exposures, (y) all Swingline Exposures and (z) the total Available Unused Commitments at such time; provided, that the Revolving Facility Loans, Revolving L/C Exposures, Swingline Exposures and Available Unused Commitment of any Defaulting Lender shall be disregarded in determining Required Revolving Facility Lenders at any time.

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Available Facility Amount shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(1).

  • Revolving Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue Advances, as specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Commitments of all of the Revolving Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment is $1,000,000,000.
