Class Factors definition

Class Factors. The Trustee will determine a Class Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each Class of Regular Certificates in connection with each Distribution Date. When the Class Factor is multiplied by the Original Class Certificate Principal Balance (or Original Class Notional Amount) of a Certificate of that Class, the product will equal the Certificate Principal Balance (or Notional Amount) of such Certificate (after giving effect to the distribution to Certificateholders on such Distribution Date of, to the extent part of the Group I Available Funds or the Group II Available Funds, as applicable, for such Distribution Date, scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period).

Examples of Class Factors in a sentence

  • Any distribution of principal pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be part of the Principal Distribution Amount for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

  • Any distribution of principal pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be a distribution of principal for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

  • The Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee, shall make payments in the amounts reflected in its monthly Class Factors for each Class of Pass-Through Certificates for which Class Factors are provided until such time as the Administrator determines that a more accurate or more practicable method for calculating payments is available and the Administrator implements that method.

  • Any Guaranty Payment paid to the Trust by the Guarantor pursuant to this Section 5.05 that constitutes a distribution of principal will be deemed to be part of the related Principal Distribution Amount for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

  • As promptly as practicable following the second publication of Class Factors pursuant to Section 3.08, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ shall deposit in the Funding Account any amount by which the aggregate amount required to be distributed in respect of the Designated Funding Classes on the following Distribution Date is in excess of the amount at the time on deposit therein.

  • Any Guaranty Payment paid to the Trust by the Guarantor pursuant to this Section 4.04 that constitutes a distribution of principal will be taken into account for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

  • As promptly as practicable following the second publication of Class Factors pursuant to Section 3.08, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae shall deposit in the Funding Account any amount by which the aggregate amount required to be distributed in respect of the Designated Funding Classes on the following Distribution Date is in excess of the amount at the time on deposit therein.

  • Any distribution of principal pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be part of the Principal Distribution Amount for the Group 1 Classes for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

  • Any distribution of principal pursuant to the preceding two sentences shall be deemed to be part of the Principal Distribution Amount for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

  • Any distribution of principal pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be part of the related Principal Distribution Amount for purposes of all future calculations of Class Factors.

Related to Class Factors

  • Class Factor As to any date of determination and any Combinable Class, the then current Class Factor for the Related REMIC Class. As to any date of determination and any RCR Class, a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the then current Class Balances of
