Class G Member definition

Class G Member means any Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding Class G Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding Class G Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding Class G Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold Class G Shares. As of the date of this Agreement, the only Class G Member is KKR Group Assets Holdings III.

Class G Member means the National Hockey League Players’ Association.

Class G Member means any Person who is described in and who meets the qualifications, requirements and conditions established by or pursuant to this Agreement to own Class G Units and to be a Class G Member and who has not ceased to be a Class G Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. “Class G Members” means all such Class G Members.

Examples of Class G Member in a sentence

• The Class G Member shall be the individual who has been most recently designated in a written notice delivered to the Association by the Union to be the Class G Member.

• Except for any matter related to fees to be charged to Members (including, without limitation, fee formulas), the Class G Member shall have one vote on each matter before Council that is the subject of a vote.

• The term of membership of a Class G Member shall be until the date that the Union specifies in a written notice to the Association designating another individual to be the Class G Member or until the Class G Member’s membership is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this By-law.

• As set out in the articles, each Class G Member is entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of Members and each such Class G Member shall be entitled to one (1) vote at meetings of the Members, save and except in respect of matters on which only Members of another class are entitled to vote exclusively as a class.

• The Class G Member as of the date that this By-law comes into effect shall continue his or her membership subject to the provisions of this By-law.

• The Class G Member may vote only in person and may not vote by delegate, except that, if permitted by a resolution of the Executive as provided for in sub-section8.1l of this By-law, the Class G Member may vote by mail ballot.

• Subject to the articles, there shall be nine (9) classes of Members in the Corporation, namely, the Class A Member, the Class B Members, the Class C Member, the Class D Member, the Class E Member, the Class F Member, the Class G Member, the Class H Members and the Class I Members.

• As set out in the Articles, the Class G Member is entitled to receive notice of, to attend and, in accordance with the provisions set forth in sub-section0 of this By-law, to vote at Council.
