Class H Capitalized Interest. The meaning specified in Section 2.7(i) hereof.
Class H Capitalized Interest in accordance with the Priority of Payments on any Payment Date shall not be considered “due and payable” for the purpose of Section 5.1(a) hereof (and the failure to pay such Class H Capitalized Interest shall not be an Event of Default) until the Payment Date on which funds are available to pay all or any portion of such Class H Capitalized Interest in accordance with the Priority of Payments. On or after such Payment Date, only such portion of any payment of Class H Capitalized Interest for which funds are available in accordance with the Priority of Payments shall be considered “due and payable” and the failure to pay such portion of Class H Capitalized Interest shall be an Event of Default. Class H Capitalized Interest shall be added to the principal amount of the Class H Notes, shall bear interest thereafter at the Class H Rate (to the extent lawful) and shall be payable on the first Payment Date on which funds are permitted to be used for such purpose in accordance with the Priority of Payments. On or after the Payment Date on which the Class G Notes are no longer Outstanding, to the extent interest is due (excluding any previously deferred Class H Capitalized Interest) but not paid on the Class H Notes, the failure to pay such interest shall constitute an Event of Default hereunder.

  • Capitalized Interest means, with respect to the interest due or to be due on a Series of Bonds prior to, during and for a period not exceeding one year after the completion of a Project to be funded by such Series, all or part of such interest which will be paid, or is expected to be paid, from the proceeds of such Series.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof.
