Class H Notes. The Class H Ninth Priority Floating Rate Deferrable Interest Term Notes Due 2046, issued by the Issuer and the Co-Issuer pursuant to this Indenture.
Class H Notes means the U.S.$20,700,000 aggregate principal amount of Class H Floating Rate Deferrable Interest Notes due 2041.
Class H Notes means the Series 2007-08 EUR 33,000,000 Floating Rate Portfolio Credit Linked Notes due 2012 issued by the Issuer pursuant to a series prospectus dated 3 May 2007;

Examples of Class H Notes in a sentence

  • For so long as any of the Class G Notes are Outstanding, the Class H Notes shall not constitute a claim against the Issuer unless there are sufficient funds to make payments on the Class H Notes in accordance with the Priority of Payments and Article XIII.

  • The Issuer will duly and punctually pay all principal (including the Class H Cumulative Periodic Interest Shortfall Amount, the Class J Cumulative Periodic Interest Shortfall Amount and the Class K Cumulative Periodic Interest Shortfall Amount), interest (including Defaulted Interest and interest thereon, if any) in accordance with the terms of the Class H Notes, Class J Notes and Class K Notes and this Indenture and amounts due under any Hedge Agreement in accordance with this Indenture.

  • Every Indenture Issued Note presented or surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange shall be duly endorsed, or be accompanied by a written instrument of transfer in form satisfactory to the Co-Issuers (in the case of the Indenture Issued Notes other than the Class H Notes and the Class J Notes) or the Issuer (in the case of the Class H Notes and the Class J Notes) and the Note Registrar duly executed, by the Holder thereof or his attorney duly authorized in writing.

  • The redemption price of the Class H Notes will be calculated on the related Determination Date and will be equal to the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class H Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class H Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class H Capitalized Interest and any Class H Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption; Class J Notes.

  • Any purported transfer in violation of the foregoing requirements shall be null and void ab initio, and the Note Registrar shall not register any such purported transfer and shall not authenticate and deliver such Certificated Class A-R Notes, Certificated Class H Notes or Certificated Class J Notes, as applicable.

  • Amounts properly withheld under the Code or other applicable law by any Person from a payment to any Rated Noteholder of principal and/or interest shall be considered as having been paid by the Co-Issuers (in the case of Rated Notes other than the Class H Notes, Class J Notes and Class K Notes) or the Issuer (in the case of the Class H Notes, the Class J Notes or the Class K Notes) to such Rated Noteholder for all purposes of this Indenture.

  • The Co-Issuers (in the case of the Indenture Issued Notes other than the Class H Notes and the Class J Notes) and the Issuer (in the case of the Class H Notes and the Class J Notes) are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Indenture to provide for the issuance of the Indenture Issued Notes as provided in this Indenture.

  • The redemption price for the Class H Notes will be calculated on the related Determination Date and will equal the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class H Notes to be redeemed, together with the Class H Interest Distribution Amount (plus any Class H Capitalized Interest and any Class H Defaulted Interest Amount) due on that day of redemption.

  • The Co-Issuers (in the case of the Indenture Issued Notes other than the Class H Notes and the Class J Notes) and the Issuer (in the case of the Class H Notes and the Class J Notes) will not purchase, redeem, prepay or otherwise acquire, directly or indirectly, any of the Outstanding Indenture Issued Notes except upon the redemption of the Indenture Issued Notes in accordance with the terms of this Indenture and the Indenture Issued Notes.

  • Upon provision of such satisfactory evidence, the Trustee, at the direction of the Co-Issuers, (or in the case of the Junior Notes, the Issuer) shall authenticate and deliver the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D-FX Notes, the Class D-FL Notes, the Class E-FX Notes, the Class E-FXD Notes, the Class E-FL Notes, the Class F-FX Notes, the Class F-FL Notes, the Class G Notes or the Class H Notes, as the case may be, that do not bear such legend.

Class H Notes. The Class H-FL Notes and the Class H-FX Notes collectively.
Class H Notes means the U.S.$7,200,000 aggregate principal amount of Class H Deferrable Floating Rate Notes due 2052.
Class H Notes means the Class H Income Notes due December 2037, issued by the Issuer on the Closing Date in respect of which the Holders are entitled to receive any Interest Proceeds remaining after all other amounts payable therefrom.

  • Class E Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
