Class III Gaming definition

Class III Gaming means Class III Gaming as defined in the IGRA.

Class III Gaming means the forms of class III gaming defined as such in 25 U.S.C. § 2703(8) and by the regulations of the National Indian Gaming Commission.

Class III Gaming means all forms of Gaming that are not Class I or Class II Gaming.

Class III Gaming means all gaming that is not Class I or Class II Gaming as defined in the IGRA, including, but not limited to, the forms of gaming listed as Class III games by the National Indian Gaming Commission in 25 C.F.R. Section 502.4 and amendments thereto, but only to the extent such gaming is allowed by a Tribal-State Compact or gaming procedures issued by the Secretary, tribal ordinance, and licensed by the Gaming Commission.
