Class IV Par Value Ratio definition

Class IV Par Value Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Par Coverage Numerator by the sum of the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class I Notes, the Class II Notes, the Class III Notes and the Class IV Notes;
Class IV Par Value Ratio. ’ means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Par Coverage Numerator by the aggregate principal amount outstanding of (a) the Senior Notes Outstanding; (b) the Class III Mezzanine Notes Outstanding (which shall include, for the avoidance of doubt, Deferred Interest on such Notes); and (c) the Class IV Mezzanine Notes Outstanding (which shall include, for the avoidance of doubt, Deferred Interest on such Notes).

  • Class C Interest Coverage Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Interest Coverage Amount by the scheduled interest payments due on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes. For the purposes of calculating the Class C Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Debt Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

  • Class D Interest Coverage Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Interest Coverage Amount by the scheduled interest payments due on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes on the following Payment Date. For the purposes of calculating the Class D Interest Coverage Ratio, the expected interest income on Collateral Obligations, Eligible Investments and the Accounts (to the extent applicable) and the expected interest payable on the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes will be calculated using the then current interest rates applicable thereto as at the relevant Measurement Date.

  • Original Class B-2 Principal Balance The Class B-2 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-6 Principal Balance The Class B-6 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Class B-2 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-2 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-2 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-2 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph tenth of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Class A Principal Balance and the Class B-1 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Subordinate Principal Balance The sum of the aggregate Current Principal Amounts of each Class of Subordinate Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Class B-6 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-6 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph twenty-second of Section 4.01(a) and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Class B-4 Principal Balance and the Class B-5 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Original Class B-3 Principal Balance The Class B-3 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.

  • Maximum VFN Principal Balance For any VFN Class, the amount specified in the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Class B-1 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-1 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph seventh of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the Class A Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class B-4 Principal Balance The Class B-4 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • REMIC II Subordinated Balance Ratio The ratio among the Uncertificated Balances of each REMIC II Regular Interest ending with the designation “SUB,”, equal to the ratio between, with respect to each such REMIC II Regular Interest, the excess of (x) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans or Group II Mortgage Loans, as applicable over (y) the current Certificate Principal Balance of related Class A Certificates.

  • REMIC I Subordinated Balance Ratio The ratio among the Uncertificated Principal Balances of each of the REMIC I Regular Interests ending with the designation "A," equal to the ratio among, with respect to each such REMIC I Regular Interest, the excess of (x) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group over (y) the Current Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates in the related Group.

  • Class A-2 Principal Balance as of any date means the Class A-2 Initial Principal Balance less all amounts paid to the holders of Class A-2 Notes in respect of principal pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.

  • Class B-3 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-5 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph nineteenth of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-5 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Class B-3 Principal Balance and the Class B-4 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Class B-4 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-4 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph sixteenth of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance and the Class B-3 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Second Liquidation Target Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(c)(i)(E).

  • First Liquidation Target Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(c)(i)(D).

  • Class A Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.

  • Class C Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such date.

  • Original Class B-2 Percentage The Class B-2 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.09.
