Class M Members definition

Class M Members. The Class A Interest of a Class A Member shall be equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is such Class A Member’s Capital Contribution to the Company and the denominator of which is the aggregate of all Capital Contributions made to the Company. Interests shall be deemed to be personal property giving only the rights, powers, authority, privileges and preferences provided in this Agreement, notwithstanding the nature of the property held by the Company.
Class M Members means the Members holding Class M Common Units.
Class M Members means the owners of Class M Units.

  • Once the Preferred Return has been realized by the Class G and Class L Members, any and all excess Distributable Cash shall be allocated and distributed to the Class M Members in proportion to their respective Percentage Interests.
