Class Mail Notice means a document in a form substantially the same as that attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Any Source Settlement Class Member who has not previously opted-out in accordance with the terms above and who intends to object to this Settlement Agreement must file their objection in writing with the Court no later than sixty (60) days after mailing of the Source Settlement Class Mail Notice, and must concurrently serve the objection on all counsel in this action and the Settlement Administrator.

  • First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.
