Class Member definition

Class Member means a member of the Class.

Class Member or “Settlement Class Member” means a member of the Class, as either a Participating Class Member or Non-Participating Class Member (including a Non- Participating Class Member who qualifies as an Aggrieved Employee).

Class Member means a member of the Settlement Class.

• Nor does this Release apply to any Class Member who timely excludes himself or herself from the Settlement, or to any Class Member (or the estate of any Class Member) who is deceased prior to the Notice Date.

• In addition to CMIS, and as an alternative to the Cash Fund Payment (defined in subsection (c) below), Class Members may submit a claim for a Settlement Payment of up to $5,000.00 per Class Member for reimbursement in the form of a documented loss payment (“Documented Loss Payment”).

• Each Claimant, Class Representative, or Class Member shall be solely responsible for the federal, state, and local tax consequences to him, her, or it of the receipt of funds from the Settlement Fund pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Class Member

Class Member means a Person who falls within the definition of the Class.
