Settlement Class Members definition

Settlement Class Members means a Person(s) who falls within the definition of the Settlement Class.

More Definitions of Settlement Class Members

Settlement Class Members means all Proposed Class Members, exclusive of any person who timely opts out of the Settlement pursuant to the procedures set forth below. All persons who timely opt out from the Settlement in conformity with this Agreement shall not be bound by the terms of this Agreement or any Final Judgment entered by the Superior Court and shall retain the right to pursue (or not pursue) any alleged individual claim(s) against the Company in a separate action.
Settlement Class Members or “Class Members” means those persons who are members of the Settlement Class, as set forth in the definition in Paragraph 2.28, and who do not timely and validly request exclusion from the Settlement Class.
