Class MV-1 Margin. For any Distribution Date on or prior to the Optional Termination Date for the Group 2 Certificates, .550% per annum and, for any Distribution Date after such Optional Termination Date, .825% per annum.
Class MV-1 Margin means 1.50%.
Class MV-1 Margin. As of any Distribution Date on or prior to the Optional Termination Date for the Adjustable Rate Certificates, 0.65% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after such Optional Termination Date, 0.975% per annum.
