Class NR Certificate. A Certificate designated as “Class NR” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-15 hereto, and evidencing (i) a “regular interest” in the Upper-Tier REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions and (ii) an undivided beneficial ownership interest in the Grantor Trust.

Examples of Class NR Certificate in a sentence

  • Prior to the occurrence of a Consultation Termination Event, the Master Servicer shall deliver a copy of each such report to the Directing Certificateholder and upon request to each Holder of a Class E, Class F or Class NR Certificate (which such request may state that such items may be delivered until further notice).

  • Prior to the occurrence of a Consultation Termination Event, the Master Servicer shall deliver a copy of each such report to the Directing Certificateholder and upon request to each Holder of a Class F, Class G or Class NR Certificate (which such request may state that such items may be delivered until further notice).

  • Following receipt of the Master Servicer’s or the Special Servicer’s, as applicable, delivery of the aforesaid modification, waiver or amendment to the Certificate Administrator, the Certificate Administrator shall forward a copy thereof to each Holder of a Class X-A, Class X-B, Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F or Class NR Certificate upon request.
