CLASS P GRANTOR TRUST means that portion of the Trust consisting of the Class P Grantor Trust Interest.
CLASS P GRANTOR TRUST pursuant to Section 12.5 hereof.
Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.
Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".
Class C Trust Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Class P Certificate Any one of the Class P Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-5 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Grantor Trust Provisions Subpart E of part I of subchapter J of the Code and Treasury Regulations Section 301.7701-4(c).
Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-II Certificate Any one of the Class R-II Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.
Class HI B-2 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: B-2 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: B-2 Interest Shortfall, if any.
REMIC II Certificates The REMIC II Regular Certificates and the Class R-II Certificates.
Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-I Certificate Any one of the Class R-I Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-V Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-V Certificate, including any Subclass thereof.
Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.
Class A-L Regular Interests The Class A-1A-L, Class A-1B-L and Class A-1C-L Regular Interests.
REMIC I Certificates The Class R-I Certificates.
Class X Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".
Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Class B Trust Class B Trustee", "Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
REMIC III CERTIFICATES has the meaning set forth in the final paragraph of the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class R-III Certificate Any one of the Class R-III Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit D and evidencing an interest designated as a "residual interest" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Group II Certificates The Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates.
Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests Each of the Lower Tier REMIC Interests other than the Class LTR Interest.
