Class R-3 Certificate definition

Class R-3 Certificate. Any Certificate designated a “Class R-3 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC III and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-3 Certificates as set forth herein.
Class R-3 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as such and executed and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 hereto.
Class R-3 Certificate. The Class R-3 Certificate executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-10 and evidencing the ownership of the Class R-3 Interest and the Class R-4 Interest.

  • Any distribution of the proceeds of any remaining assets of the Trust Fund will be made only upon presentation and surrender of this Class R-3 Certificate at the Corporate Trust Office.

  • On the Startup Day, all the Classes of REMIC III Regular Certificates will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-3 Certificate will be designated the "residual interests" in such REMIC.

  • If the Tax Matters Person for REMIC I, REMIC II or REMIC III becomes a Disqualified Organization, the last preceding Holder of such Authorized Denomination of the Class R-1, Class R-2 or Class R-3 Certificate, as applicable, that is not a Disqualified Organization shall be Tax Matters Person for such trust pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • On the Startup Day, all the Classes of Certificates except for the Class R-3 Certificate will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-3 Certificate will be designated the "residual interests" in such REMIC.
