Any distribution of the proceeds of any remaining assets of the Trust Fund will be made only upon presentation and surrender of this Class R-3 Certificate at the Corporate Trust Office.
On the Startup Day, all the Classes of REMIC III Regular Certificates will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC and the Class R-3 Certificate will be designated the "residual interests" in such REMIC.
