Examples of Class R1 Interest in a sentence

  • Each such REMIC I Interest, other than the Class R-1 Interest, is hereby designated as a regular interest in REMIC I.

  • The interests evidenced by the Class R-1 Interest, together with the REMIC 1 Regular Interests, constitute the entire beneficial ownership interest in REMIC 1.

  • For the purposes of the REMIC election in respect of REMIC 1, the REMIC 1 Regular Interests shall be designated as the Regular Interests in REMIC 1 and the Class R-1 Interest shall be designated as the Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • In addition, with respect to each Class R Certificate, the holder thereof may exchange, in the manner described above, such Class R Certificate for three separate certificates, each representing such holder's respective Percentage Interest in the Class R-1 Interest, the Class R-2 Interest and the Class R-3 Interest, respectively, in each case that was evidenced by the Class R Certificate being exchanged.

  • The Master Servicer and the Trustee shall not permit the creation of any "interests" (within the meaning of Section 860G of the Code) in REMIC 1, REMIC 2 or REMIC 3 other than the REMIC 1 Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Interest (in the case of REMIC 1), the REMIC 2 Regular Interests and the Class R-2 Interest (in the case of REMIC 2), and the Regular Certificates and the Class R-3 Interest (in the case of REMIC 3).

  • In addition, the Class R-1 Interest is hereby designated as the sole residual interest in REMIC I and the Class R Certificate evidences ownership of the Class R-1 Interest and is also hereby designated as the sole residual interest in REMIC II.
