Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.
Clearing House means a clearing house recognised by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Shares (or depositary receipts therefor) are listed or quoted on a stock exchange or interdealer quotation system in such jurisdiction.
Clearing System Business Day means in relation to an Index, any day on which the principal domestic clearing systems customarily used for settling trades in securities comprising such Index is (or, but for the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Company or the Hedging Counterparty as a result of which such clearing system cannot clear the transfer of such securities, would have been) open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
Clearing System means Monte Titoli S.p.A., with offices in Piazza degli Affari no. 6, Milan, Italy ("Monte Titoli").
Automated Clearing House or “ACH” means a national and governmental organization that has authority to process electronic payments, including, but not limited to, the national automated clearing house association and the federal reserve system.
recognised clearing house means an organisation recognised as such pursuant to FSMA;
Clearing means the clearing and removal of vegetation, whether partially or in whole, including trees and shrubs, as specified;
Clearing House Rules means the Certificate of Incorporation, the By- Laws and any rule, interpretation, stated policy, or instrument corresponding to any of the foregoing, in each case as adopted or amended from time to time by the Clearing House relating to any or all of the Swaps.
Clearing Account means the account so designated and established by Section 5.04(1) hereof.
Clearing Systems means, in relation to a Series of Securities, any of Euroclear, Clearstream, Luxembourg and DTC, as the case may be, and includes any additional or alternative clearing systems specified in the Issue Terms.
Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.
Ordinary Hours means the Ordinary Hours that the Employee is required to work which are 36 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday to Friday (with 0.8 hours per day accruing for a paid Rostered Day Off)
Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.
Clearing Agent means Clearstream Banking AG, Euroclear Bank S.A., and Clearstream Banking S.A. and such further or alternative clearing agent(s) or clearance system(s) as may be approved by the Issuer from time to time and notified to the Holders in accordance with General Condition 4 (each a “Clearing Agent” and together the “Clearing Agents”);
Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
Clearing Bank means the Bank or any other banking institution with whom a Payment Account has been established pursuant to a Blocked Account Agreement.
office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.
Building Hours mean 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding the day of observation of New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and, at Landlord’s discretion, any other locally or nationally recognized holiday that is observed by other buildings comparable to and in the vicinity of the Building (collectively, “Holidays”).
Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.
Recognised Clearing System means any clearing system listed in Section 246A of the Taxes Act (including, but not limited to, Euroclear, Clearstream Banking AG, Clearstream Banking SA and CREST) or any other system for clearing shares which is designated for the purposes of Chapter 1A in Part 27 of the Taxes Act, by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, as a recognised clearing system.
Clearing Costs means all of the Investor’s broker and Transfer Agent fees. “Clearing Date” shall be the date on which the Investor receives the Put Shares as DWAC Shares in its brokerage account.
Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.
Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.
Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;
Market Hours means the hours during which we are prepared to provide quotes for Our Price and execute Trades and Orders in a Market, as further specified in the Market Information.
Relevant Clearing System means (i) Euroclear, (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, or (iii) any other recognised clearing system in which ETP Securities of a Series may be cleared.
