Rule 700B.4A(a) states that an EFRP permitted under the Rules of the Exchange must be presented to the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Clearing Berhad (“Clearing House”) for registration in accordance with the Clearing House Rules.
For avoidance of doubt, all references in this Chapter 11 to the registration of an EFRP transaction shall be construed as the registration of the EFRP transaction by the Clearing House in accordance with the Clearing House Rules.
