Clearinghouse Products means any software tool, template, ---------------------- application system or other product that: (i) is developed using InterTrust Technology and/or Modified Technology; (ii) directly contains or incorporates InterTrust Technology solely in the form of Authorized Clearinghouse Software, and/or Modified Technology only in Object Code, in accordance with the licenses granted by InterTrust to MBC hereunder; (iii) is enabled to permit the performance of any Clearinghouse Functions; and (iv) is in Compliance with InterTrust Specifications.
Clearinghouse Products means any software application that: (i) is ------------------------ developed using InterTrust Technology and/or Modified Technology; (ii) directly contains or incorporates InterTrust Technology solely in the form of Authorized Clearinghouse Software, and/or Modified Technology only in Object Code, in accordance with the licenses hereunder; (iii) is enabled to permit the performance of any Clearinghouse Functions; and (iv) is in Compliance with InterTrust Specifications. "Commerce 1.0 (FCS Version)" means certain software having the -------------------------- functionality described in Exhibit A hereto that incorporates InterTrust Technology, as provided by InterTrust to NatWest consistent herewith. "Commerce 1.0 (GA Version)" means certain software having the functionality ------------------------- described in Exhibit A hereto (as such Exhibit may be modified from time to time by InterTrust consistent with this Agreement) that incorporates InterTrust Technology, as provided by InterTrust to NatWest consistent herewith, and is intended for general commercial availability, dissemination in accordance herewith, and use in accordance herewith in a widely distributed manner. Commerce 1.0 (GA Version) shall have at least substantially the same functionality as Commerce 1.0 (FCS Version).
