Client Clearing definition

Client Clearing means a Clearing for a Customer which does not belong to the same Corporate Group as its Clearing Broker;
Client Clearing means the ability of a Clearing Member to clear transactions on LMEC for and on behalf of a client.
Client Clearing means the ability of a Clearing Member to clear transactions at CME for and on behalf of a client who is not a Clearing Member;

Examples of Client Clearing in a sentence

  • SwapClear Client Clearing Services are provided to SwapClear Clearing Clients through an Individual Segregated Account, an Indirect Gross Account, a Custodial Segregated Account or an Omnibus Segregated Account.

  • Relevant Clearing System means (i) Euroclear, (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, or (iii) any other recognised clearing system in which ETP Securities of a Series may be cleared.

  • Recognised Clearing System means any clearing system listed in Section 246A of the Taxes Act (including, but not limited to, Euroclear, Clearstream Banking AG, Clearstream Banking SA and CREST) or any other system for clearing shares which is designated for the purposes of Chapter 1A in Part 27 of the Taxes Act, by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, as a recognised clearing system.

  • Clearing System means Monte Titoli S.p.A., with offices in Piazza degli Affari no. 6, Milan, Italy ("Monte Titoli").

  • Clearing Systems means Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg;

  • Clearing Firm means an entity meeting the requirements of, and approved for, clearing membership at the Clearing House that is authorized pursuant to the Clearing House Rules to clear trades in any or all of the Contracts and that meets the qualification of the Exchange pursuant to Rule 902. A Clearing Firm may also be a Participant where it is authorized to access the Exchange to effect transactions. As a Participant, a Clearing Firm may trade for its own proprietary account or an account on behalf of its Customer (e.g., as a broker). As a Participant, a Clearing Firm may trade on behalf of a Customer with an account at a different Clearing Firm acting as a broker or performing an equivalent agency function. The different Clearing Firm is responsible for approving the Clearing Firm for such Customers pursuant to the applicable form to the Clearing Firm Agreement. The term “Clearing Firm” collectively refers to all Authorized Traders of a Clearing Firm authorized to utilize the Exchange. A Clearing Firm that carries Customer accounts must be a CFTC-registered FCM.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • European Clearing Systems means, collectively, Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear.

  • Clearing means the clearing and removal of vegetation, whether partially or in whole, including trees and shrubs, as specified;

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Clearing Account means the account so designated and established by Section 5.04(1) hereof.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Clearing System Business Day means in relation to an Index, any day on which the principal domestic clearing systems customarily used for settling trades in securities comprising such Index is (or, but for the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Company or the Hedging Counterparty as a result of which such clearing system cannot clear the transfer of such securities, would have been) open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.

  • trade repository means a legal person that centrally collects and maintains the records of derivatives;

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
