Corporate Group definition

Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.
Corporate Group means a group of Single Legal Entities consisting of the Corporate Group Owner and up to nine nominated Subsidiaries (as defined in the Corporates Act) of the Corporate Group Owner.
Corporate Group means an entity and all affiliates of that entity.

  • If there are no unemployed members of the Union who have previously worked for the Corporate Group who are available for recall, the Corporate Group shall recruit such new employees who shall secure a work clearance from the Union before commencing work.
