Client Dashboard definition

Client Dashboard means the user interface located on the Website;
Client Dashboard means the website, mobile or similar app made available by Altruist (including any private label version hosted or made available by the Advisor) to Clients, as further described in Appendix B (Services).
Client Dashboard means the online service that "Company" offers to "Client" in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on the relevant website accessible through the "Client Dashboard Account".

  • The Client shall make any requests relating to the administration of their Account(s) via their Client Dashboard.

  • Further, the Client agrees that the Company provides them with information in other form other than on paper (i.e. website, Client Dashboard, trading platforms and through other software) because this is appropriate in the context in which the Company’s business is being or will be carried out.

  • Advisor shall immediately notify Altruist of any unauthorized, inaccurate or incomplete activity or other information, whether displayed on the Advisor Dashboard or the Client Dashboard, by contacting Altruist.

  • Advisor shall customize the Platform interface made available to its Clients by providing its Advisor Content for display to Clients on the Client Dashboard.

  • Advisor may establish a link from its website to the Client Dashboard, subject to Altruist’s prior written consent and any terms and conditions Altruist may request.

  • If there is a conflict between these website terms and conditions and the Client Dashboard User Agreement, the Client Dashboard User Agreement controls.

  • Advisor uses the Advisor Dashboard to configure and maintain Advisor’s Platform and to access the Client Dashboard as an Advisor to manage Clients’ Platform Accounts, as further described in Appendix B (Services).

  • If our bank details change, you will bear full responsibility for any payments carried out to the outdated bank details from the moment the new details are published in the Client Dashboard.

  • You may create and launch Campaigns using the Client Dashboard by providing the Campaign details which may include, and not limited to, the name of the brand, Campaign purpose, coverage area, campaign preference, duration of the campaign, campaign creative design and the corresponding campaign remuneration and budget.

  • If the grievance remains unresolved following Formal Step 1, the grievance may be filed at Step 2 with the designated individual in the Office of the Chancellor within 14 calendar days of the filing of a grievance response at Formal Step 1.


More Definitions of Client Dashboard

Client Dashboard means the Client’s official private and personal space and gateway to all the services offered by Eurotrade SA including but not limited to any trading and/or non-trading activity.
Client Dashboard means the online service offered by the Agent to the Client on the respective website subject to this Agreement accessible online through the Client Dashboard Account.

Related to Client Dashboard

  • Dashboard for applicable Services, means the user interface features of the hosted Software (as described in the Agreement);

  • Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.

  • NOC means National Olympic Committee.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
