Client Database definition

Client Database has the meaning as set forth in Section 3.07(a).
Client Database means that part of the Astute Systems used to store the names of the Authorised Users;

More Definitions of Client Database

Client Database means that part of the Gravitas Systems used to store the names of the Authorised Users;
Client Database means a collection of data records that are maintained as a single logical area on a single computer system that is used, accessed, or acted upon by Licensed Programs.
Client Database means the Client’s existing electronic compilation of records, database or mailing list, which existed prior to any Data Cleansing being carried out pursuant to this Agreement in respect of the same. “Closed User Group” means a Client's network of businesses comprising that Client and not less than 10 Business Partners all of a single type.

Related to Client Database

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Company Data means all data, information, Documentation and other Content provided by or on behalf of Company to any of the Company Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
