Client Officer definition

Client Officer means an officer of the SSRO representing the SSRO and as notified to the Contractor from time to time;
Client Officer means the person for the time being or from time to time duly appointed by the Client and notified in writing to Gray Dawes Travel to act as the Client’s representative for the purpose of the Contract;

  • If the Client Officer and the Supplier’s Manager are for any reason unable to resolve the Dispute within 15 Working Days of service of the Dispute Notice, the Dispute shall be referred to SSRO’s Director of Corporate Resources (or in their absence another officer nominated by the SSRO’s Chief Executive) and the Supplier’s equivalent who shall attempt in good faith to resolve it.

  • The Supplier shall not instruct, or cause to be instructed, any third party or otherwise incur liabilities in the name of the SSRO without the prior written consent of the Client Officer.
