Person means any natural person, corporation, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, association, company, partnership, Governmental Authority or other entity.
Handyperson means a person who is not a tradesperson and whose duties include the performance of routine repair work and maintenance in and about the employer’s premises.
Person or Persons means an individual, corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, or unincorporated organization, or a government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Successor Person has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03(b)(i).
Transaction Person with respect to a Transaction shall mean (i) any Person who (x) is or will become an Acquiring Person or a Principal Party (as such term is hereinafter defined) if the Transaction were to be consummated and (y) directly or indirectly proposed or nominated a director of the Company which director is in office at the time of consideration of the Transaction, or (ii) an Affiliate or Associate of such a Person.
Elderly person means any person 65 years of age or older who is not subject to the provisions of ORS 441.640 to 441.665.
Issuer Person is defined in Section 10.02(d).
Successor personal representative means a personal representative, other than a special administrator, who is appointed to succeed a previously appointed personal representative.
corporate person means a company as defined in clause (20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), a limited liability partnership, as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), or any other person incorporated with limited liability under any law for the time being in force but shall not include any financial service provider;
Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and Agreementors of the Processor and/or of any Sub-Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Acquired Person means, with respect to any specified Person, any other Person which merges with or into or becomes a Subsidiary of such specified Person.
Other Person means a person who is not a council member or an employee.
juridical person means any legal entity duly constituted or otherwise organised under applicable law, whether for profit or otherwise, and whether privately-owned or governmentally-owned, including any corporation, trust, partnership, joint venture, sole proprietorship or association;
Injured Person under this section means a Member covered by the EOC who sustains an injury or illness and any spouse, dependent or other person or entity that may recover on behalf of such Member including the estate of the Member and, if the Member is a minor, the guardian or parent of the Member. When referred to in this section, "KFHPWA's Medical Expenses" means the expenses incurred and the value of the benefits provided by KFHPWA under this EOC for the care or treatment of the injury or illness sustained by the Injured Person.
Permitted Successor is defined in Section 5.02 of the Sale Agreement.
recognised person means a recognised clearing house or a nominee of a recognised clearing house or of a recognised investment exchange;
Entity means a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity.
Proprietary or Sub-advised Mutual Fund means any open-end Mutual Fund for which MSIM acts as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.
relevant person means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence -
Older person means an individual who is at least fifty-five (55) years of age and qualified to reside in a Housing For Older Persons Project.
Missing Person means a Covered Person who disappeared for an unknown reason and whose disappearance was reported to the Appropriate Authority(ies).
legal person means any entity having legal personality under the applicable law, except for States or public bodies in the exercise of State authority and for public international organisations.
Insured Person s year” means a year from the date of commencement of the insured person’s policy, or from the anniversary date of the commencement of the insured person.
Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze means a product designed to seal out moisture, increase gloss, or otherwise enhance a motor vehicle’s painted surfaces. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” includes, but is not limited to, products designed for use in autobody repair shops and “drive-through” car washes, as well as products designed for the general public. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” does not include “Automotive Rubbing or Polishing Compounds”, automotive wash and wax products, surfactant-containing car wash products, and products designed for use on unpainted surfaces such as bare metal, chrome, glass, or plastic.
Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
