Client Payments definition

Client Payments means the aggregate fees, exclusive of Goods and Services Tax, paid by the Client to the Consultant in relation to the scope and Project duration specified in Section 2 of the Statement of Work for the relevant proposal letter;

  • At the end of each month, Agency will invoice Client for the collection fees due to Agency for any Client Payments, and Client will remit the funds received to Agency within 15 days of invoice from Agency.

  • Xplor will hold Card Settlement funds in a Client Payments Account.
