Installment Payments definition

Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).
Installment Payments means one or more of the periodic payments made by the LEA pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof and at the times and in the amounts set forth in the Payment Schedule with respect to each Appendix, and that are payable in consideration of CONTRACTOR’s financing of the Accepted Buses for the benefit of the LEA and other obligations under this Agreement.
